"Greg Kincaid is a highly qualified, experienced and personable realtor, who guided us through the entire process of selling our house in Mount Laurel, NJ. The process started when Greg came to our home and gave us tips on how to prepare our, soon to be vacant home, for the market. He also provided us with names of contractors, who we used, and they all delivered quality work for us. As we were moving out of our home, we found several items needing attention and Greg knew whom we should contact, which we did. While we were driving to Arizona, Greg arranged/coordinated the cleaning and preparing our house for showing, as well as arranging for contractors to do the job, which was a great help to us. He communicated with us often to keep us informed while the house was being shown, and gave us advice when negotiating with the buyers. A week after we left New Jersey, a buyer, which is now the new owner, made an offer. After the inspection of the house, Greg reviewed the findings with us and found a specialty contractor for us to correct the one issue that his usual contacts were not qualified to do. He then arranged and coordinated the work with the specialty contractor, which was all done in a timely and efficient manner. Greg sent us all information about the closing, so we were prepared when the title company sent the documents to sign. Greg went out of his way to conclude this long-distance transaction and he made it all as smooth a process, as possible. We are very thankful we choose Greg as our realtor and would choose him again if the occasion were to arise. Therefore, we recommend Greg Kincaid for real estate needs."
